Tucson is a sprawling city surrounded by mountains with tons of gorgeous hiking, biking, climbing, and lounging opportunities.
March is wildflower season with heavenly weather, so stay for awhile!!
Book a place to stay in midtown or downtown for easy Lyft or Uber rides. The streetcar is a fun way to get around and it stops 7 blocks north of our house. We also have a fleet of bikes (mountain, hybrid, and street) to loan.
Walking distance (< 1 mile) to our house includes:
The Downtown Clifton (non-corporate, fun mid-century modern)
The Citizen Hotel (non-corporate CUTE)
AC Marriott
DoubleTree at Tucson Convention Center
And there’s a plethora of great VRBO’s and AirBnB’s in our neighborhood (Armory Park) and the chapel neighborhood too!
